1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Linkora to create, host or distribute:
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Phishing, malware, spyware or fraud-related destinations.
- Sexual content involving minors, incitement of violence, or hate speech.
- Bulk unsolicited messages (spam) or content that violates the CAN-SPAM Act or equivalent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
3. Content ownership
You retain ownership of everything you create in Linkora. You grant Linkora a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, cache and display your content solely to operate the Services.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will notify you at least 30 days before increasing prices on an active plan.
5. Free plan
The Free plan is offered as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We may impose reasonable limits to prevent abuse.
6. API and rate limits
API usage is subject to per-plan rate limits published in the API documentation. Sustained abuse of the API may result in throttling or termination.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information (and no less than reasonable care).
8. Warranties and disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in our SLA or DPA, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkora's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (i) the fees you paid to Linkora in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (ii) USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Linkora harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your content or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure within 15 days of notice.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
